Join Indianapolis-based multimedia artist Giselle Trujillo at SPARK on Sunday, June 27 from noon t0 2 p.m. for “Archaeology of the Future: A Community Artwork.”

Participants of all ages will create a living community artwork by adding drawings and messages for the future to translucent plastic sheets that already contain contributions from children, families, and community members across Indiana. Together, they will create a visual time capsule that celebrates creativity, hope, and human connection.

Giselle Trujillo is a Venezuelan-born multidisciplinary artist based in Indianapolis. For over 40 years, she has taught and performed in visual arts, music, and dance, creating engaging community-based projects that inspire creativity, connection, and belonging.

SPARK on the Circle is presented by Big Car Collaborative, Downtown Indy Alliance, and the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, in cooperation with the Indiana War Memorials Commission.
