Everyone has a story to tell. Storytelling Drawing Sessions gives anyone a chance to engage in the stories of long-term residents of Indianapolis. As community members tell their stories, everyone is invited to listen, converse, and create.

For Black History Month, we will have Eunice Trotter, director of Indiana Landmarks Black Preservation Program, share about her knowledge and work in uplifting Black Indiana history. This will include historical stories about Martindale-Brightwood and Indianapolis Black community. This session is free to the public and held on Thursday, February 26th, from 1:30-2:30pm at the Polklore Micro-Museum. Come create and learn with us!
