This FREE, dynamic fitness class starts and ends at the Orange Bridge, where the Indianapolis Cultural Trail intersects with the Downtown Canal near the Colts Canal Playspace.  Participants will ride 2-4 miles by bike with several stops for body weight and other exercises, such as squats, dips, stairs, wall sits, and push-ups.

All ages, bodies, and fitness levels welcome. Participants should bring their own bike, helmet, and water.  Workouts are led by Tiffianie King of 3 B Fit Body, Beauty & Brain LLC and are FREE, but waiver is required and registration is encouraged.

Want to join, but don’t have a bike? A Pacers Bikeshare station is conveniently located near the start and finish for anyone needing one. Indianapolis and Marion County residents are  also eligible for  IndyRides Free, an annual bikeshare pass that allows for free 30-minute trips.

How to get to the Orange Bridge: Workout will be located just steps off the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, by the Orange Bridge on the west side of the Downtown Canal. The closest address is 402 W.
