Open to the first 100 community members, Flow + Freeze with the Fever presented by WeShare Health will include a 30-minute mobility, breathwork, and yoga session led by Invoke Studio, followed by the opportunity to take a cold plunge, provided by SWTHZ.

All participants will receive a free yoga mat and t-shirt.

The Fever’s Lexie Hull and Freddy will also attend to join the flow, take the plunge, and award raffle prizes, including Fever game tickets and autographed merchandise.

The Fever and WeShare Health, a nonprofit healthcare sharing organization built to make healthcare simpler, more affordable, and more human, recognize that wellness practices, like yoga, cold plunge therapy and socialization, are essential to Hoosiers’ overall quality of life. This event will empower participants to take a proactive approach to their health while building community and having fun.
