During NBA All-Star 2024, February 15-18, Innovative will transform Indy’s Home Court on Monument Circle into a colorful explosion of light and sound, showcasing the spirit of NBA Basketball on the surrounding building facades. “Shining A Light: The All-Star Spark” will run every 15 minutes from 7-10:45 p.m. nightly on Monument Circle.
