Zach & Zack and the Athenaeum Foundation are returning for their sixth production of the live musical The Rocky Horror Show on stage at the Basile Theatre this October! Auditions will be held on May 17th and 18th, 2026.

Auditions will be held by appointment on Sunday, May 17th, starting at 6pm, or Monday, May 18th, starting at 7pm. Callbacks will be on Tuesday, May 19th. Auditions are scheduled at the Athenaeum, 401 E Michigan St in Indianapolis. We are also accepting video submissions.

Visit https://bit.ly/rockyauditions26 to register for auditions. We will email you a specific time slot a few days before your audition.

Please prepare a song no longer than two minutes that fits the style of Rocky Horror (but nothing from the show, please) and bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided. Dress appropriately for the dance audition.

If you're only auditioning for the narrator, you just need to read from the script. Video submissions are encouraged, but you're welcome to attend in-person auditions.

Auditioners should be:

-18+ (as of September 1st)
-strong singer
-comfortable in revealing clothing/underwear
-comfortable in sexual situations
-comfortable(ish) in high heels

Rehearsals start in September. Attendance at strike on Sunday, November 1st, is mandatory. Conflicts are discouraged and may affect casting decisions—please list any conflicts on your audition form. All roles are paid.
