The AMP at 16 Tech is hosting a Valentine’s Day cookie decorating class in collaboration with Cindy Hawkins from Circle City Sweets and Jackie Acosta from Buttercream BakeHouse. Cindy and Jackie will be teaching the 3 hour class where you will learn the techniques of decorating with royal icing.
