Karen Horseman has appeared as counsel in over 100 civil and criminal direct appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals and has argued before the Indiana Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  She has also briefed to the United States Supreme Court.  She has both criminal and civil jury trial experience ranging from murder to personal injury.
