Join us for a performance titled Blessing by the group Watu Wazuri, (Swahili for ‘Beautiful People’) led by the esteemed Dr. Lasana Kazembe!
This inspiring evening will feature:
Lasana D. Kazembe: Renowned for his captivating spoken word performances and narration.
Ernest Khabeer Dawkins: Esteemed saxophonist and musical director.
Paul Cotton: Master percussionist on the djembe and trap drums.
Micah Collier: Accomplished upright bassist.
We are honored to have a special opening dedication by Rev. Winterbourne Harrison-Jones, setting a reverent and uplifting tone for the evening.
