The IBEW 481 volunteers have used their care and craftsmanship over the past 60 years to assemble the Circle of Lights® - a time-honored Indy holiday tradition. It takes approximately 200 volunteers to install the 52 light stringers. The lights will be turned on Friday, Nov. 25th during the Downtown Indy, Inc. Circle of Lights®. While watching the install of the lights, look out for the delivery of Santa's Mailbox as well as his reindeer.
