Welcome to a wild night of sequins and satire, original "chansons apocalyptiques,” Piazzolla tangos, witty wicked Weimar, 1930’s Shanghai showtunes, 60’s French pop, Brel, Brecht, Casal, Kitt, and Radiohead revisioned. With Bowie and Pina Bausch as curators of her work, Meow is an award-winning phenomenon, from Shanghai to the dives of Berlin, on London’s glittering West End, to Lincoln Center, Sydney Opera House, and last seen with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and at Shakespeare’s Globe in London.
