Downtown Indy, Inc., to launch Indy’s DNA to expand outreach to the residents of Downtown Indianapolis 

“Residential Round-Up” event set for end of September where those who live downtown  
to can learn more; gain opportunities to engage 

DII continually seeks to sustain and grow the residential base of Downtown and is proud to announce the formation of Indy’s Downtown Neighbors’ Alliance (Indy DNA). This residential-led effort will initially create and resident-focused communications information-sharing network to better engage those who have a downtown address. It will also provide a collective advocating voice and resource for Downtown neighbors in support of a thriving, vibrant, livable, and safe urban community.  

A volunteer leadership team made up of Downtown residents has been working with DII for several months to form this initiative and invites those who live Downtown to come learn more. They will host a “Residential Round-Up” at SPARK on the Circle on 9/30. Residents will be treated to live entertainment, info booths from attractions and organizations, great food and drink and a chance for prizes and giveaways.
