Downtown Indy, Inc. welcomes The Greatest Spectacle in Racing® to Monument Circle in advance of the 108th running of the Indy 500. Each evening this month, the sights and sounds of motorsports are featured in grand scale as we welcome all to a special racing-themed Shining A Light presentation on Monument Circle. A 10-minute countdown to the presentation features original artwork from Indiana artists created around “Welcome Race Fans” and “Back Home Again” themes.
