This exciting matchup between the returning 2023 Circle City Classic Winner, North Carolina Central University Eagles (Away), defending their title against their MEAC rival, Norfolk State University Spartans (home). Two teams play, but only one team can emerge as the 40th Circle City Classic Champion in Indianapolis.
