Reflect and relax every second Wednesday of the month at Canal Calm, a tranquil sound bath experience nestled along the scenic Downtown Canal. Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations and a picturesque outdoor setting as The Hot Room guides you to a state of pure relaxation. This sound bath invites you to unwind amidst the urban bustle, finding your calm amidst life’s currents.
Canal Calm starts at 7 PM at the Orange Bridge, across the Downtown Canal from the Colts Canal Playspace, and will last approximately one hour. This event is FREE, but registration is recommended. Please plan to bring your own yoga mat, towel or blanket.
