Celebrate 16 years of running Indy at the 2023 CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon! For the first-time ever, Race Day will take place in October. Join us on Saturday, October 28, 2023 as participants take off across the heart of downtown Indianapolis, through some of Indy's historic neighborhoods, and past famous monuments as they complete 3.1, 13.1, or 26.2 miles!
