As part of its celebration of Latino and Hispanic Heritage month, IHS will host a special Concert on the Canal on Oct. 3. The Stardust Terrace Café and cash bar – all operated by Jonathan Byrd’s – opens at 5 p.m. Guests may bring their own food and nonalcoholic beverages to the concert. All alcohol must be purchased and consumed onsite.
