On June 6, 2024 Indiana Sports Corp is partnering with Indy Parks and the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis for a Free Community Pool Day sponsored by OneAmerica FinancialSM.
From 11 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM, more than 20 pools across Indianapolis will open their facilities at no cost to visitors. Among the activities planned at each location are water safety promotions, giveaways, and the collective challenge of swimming 4,000 miles, symbolically connecting Indianapolis to Paris, the host of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games. No registration is required to participate.
Please note that all pools will act in accordance with capacity guidelines and will make best efforts to accommodate all swimmers. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older and be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
