The Full Circle Nine Gallery (FC9) will feature Samantha Glover with ‘Healing Escapism,’ a dive into her own “weird” alternate dimension of art, as part of the First Friday art tour, 6-9 p.m. on Friday, January 6.

“My art is a form of healing and escapism,” Glover said of her collected paintings. “In my daily life, I deal with major anxiety and OCD. I have trouble leaving my house without checking certain things and worry that something may happen to them and it’ll be my fault. I worry I’m not good enough. I also deal with past traumas that haunt me. I share my pain with the world, and in doing so, I start to purge the weight of it.”
