IBEW 481 volunteers have used their care and craftsmanship for the past 61 years to assemble the Circle of Lights® – a time-honored Indy holiday tradition. It takes approximately 200 volunteers to install the 52 light stringers with 4,784 multi-colored lights. While watching the installation of the lights on Saturday, November 11, look out for the delivery of Santa's Mailbox as well as his reindeer. The lights will be turned on Friday, November 24th during The Downtown Indy, Inc. Circle of Lights® presented by IBEW 481.
