Five finalists kick off the 2023 American Pianists Awards with a free community concert at the historic Madam Walker Legacy Center.

Overthe course of the 13 months, Caelan Cardello, Esteban Castro, Paul Cornish, Thomas Linger and Isaiah J. Thompson vie for the $200,000 top prize in the world’s largest jazz competition.
