Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of Sound bathing. Join us on the lawn of Christ Church Cathedral for a meditative time of Rest and Renewal. Please bring a blanket, yoga mat or pillow with you. Chairs will be provided for those that need it. We will also be unveiling our chalk art installation on the sidewalk next to the church.
