The Central Indiana Police Foundation (CIPF), a 501(c)3 organization, is hosting a self defense class on the afternoon of Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Crown Plaza Hotel. This class is open to all genders and ages. In the class, participants will learn movements to help protect themselves when threatened, how to get out of holds, how to develop a self defense mindset, and more. The cost of the class is $75 per person and all the proceeds go to CIPF to help fulfill their mission of supporting the local law enforcement of Central Indiana.
