We invite you to Untapped: Connecting Employers to Indy Talent, a high-impact event powered by EmployIndy and Ascend Indiana that spotlights work-based learning (WBL) and other proven strategies helping local employers solve real workforce challenges.
As Indiana’s high school redesign and diploma requirements push work-based learning to the forefront, employers have an unprecedented opportunity to engage emerging talent earlier—and more effectively.
This peer-driven discussion brings together employers, workforce leaders, and education partners to explore what’s already working in talent development, including youth apprenticeship, internships, and on-the-job learning models that are reshaping hiring and retention strategies.
