The "Ultimate" Downtown Experience

Indiana Sports Corp’s Indy Ultimate is right around the corner and is the perfect Downtown Adventure Event for all ages, abilities and skill levels. Taking place September 10, participants can walk, jog or run across Downtown Indianapolis to see iconic landmarks and venues like never before. Downtown Indy, Inc. is proud to be a sponsor of Indy Ultimate and we’re rounding up the key features of this year’s event, including familiar favorites and fun surprises.

As a part of this year’s exciting route, Indy Ultimate participants will get to explore the Jim Irsay Collection inside Lucas Oil Stadium. The Jim Irsay Collection is highlighted by musical instruments and items owned and used by some of the greatest artists in music history, including Bob Dylan, The Beatles, and Prince. Sports fans will get to see iconic memorabilia like Jackie Robinson’s bat, Muhamad Ali’s first fight robe and more!

In addition, participants get to revel in Downtown’s prevalent sports culture with interactive stops along the adventure. Kick field goals at Lucas Oil Stadium, run the bases at Victory Field, shoot layups at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and score a goal at Michael A. Carroll Stadium! Plus, all registrants will get a free Indy Eleven ticket voucher to either the September 10 or September 25 game to celebrate after the adventure.

Sports fan or not, they’ve got you covered at Indy Ultimate. This year’s installment takes participants to two brand new stops at the Indiana State Library and Indiana Statehouse with interactive surprises along the way. Additional features include a Handlebar ride down Georgia Street and a “NDY” statue skyline photo opportunity. All participants will get an Adidas t-shirt and will be awarded an Indy Ultimate medal when they cross the finish line.
