Located in the historic Old Northside neighborhood, and bordered to the east by the southern extension of the Monon Trail, these soccer fields were renamed in 2003 to honor the late Governor Frank O'Bannon and his wife, Judy. The park features access to the Monon Trail, a basketball court, and 5 soccer fields. Fields may be rented by both adult and youth soccer groups.
