Located on the Near East Side of Indianapolis, Windsor Park is a neighborhood rich in community resources and full of pride. Our neighborhood is bounded on the south by East 10th Street, the east by Jefferson, the north by Brookside/ Commerece, and the west by Massachusettes Avenue. We have the lovelySpades Park and Spades Park Library in our neighborhood as well as several small businesses and community resources.
